Spatial transcriptomics is one of the most exciting omics profiling technologies to date. In the Novo Nordisk-foundation funded international project MOPITAS (Multi-omics profiling in time and space) we want to push this field forward. As part of this, we organise an autumn school (12th - 14th of November 2025) where you can gather hands-on experience, accompanied by talks and lectures. We will cover the entire analysis pipeline, from data acquisition, raw data analysis to advanced multi-OMICS data integration techniques. We will invite internationally renowned keynote speakers as well as tool developers to guide you through the process with the latest tools and approaches. This event is supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and the MDSI at TUM.
