This three-day hands-on training school will cover the complete spatial transcriptomics analysis workflow, from data acquisition and preprocessing to advanced analysis, multi-omics integration, and biological interpretation. Participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from leading researchers and tool developers working at the forefront of spatial omics.
