BPS-1000

The Bitter Peptide Space (BPS)-1000 database contains experimentally tested bitter (570) and non-bitter (423) peptides from food. The database is manually curated and constantly updated. For each peptide, information on bitter taste threshold and activated bitter taste receptors, when available, is reported. Peptides are annotated using one-letter code sequences, HELM and BILN notations.
BitterPep-GCN Predictor

Bitter and non-bitter peptides are converted into graph representations (nodes: amino acids; edges: bonds) and encoded as 20 × L 2D vectors. Categorical embeddings capturing neighbor information are then processed by GCNs with 3 ReLU-activated hidden layers to embed amino acid nodes, followed by the Mixedpool pooling strategy.
Minerva NOSE-OE
To provide a comprehensive view of the olfactory epithelium (OE) and its different cell types, we have developed maps detailing molecular events in sustentacular cells, microvillous cells, Bowman's glands, trigeminal nerve fibers, horizontal basal cells, globose basal cells, and olfactory sensory neurons. These maps are available on Minerva, an interactive, searchable web-based platform.
