Complex diseases are often driven by interconnected molecular mechanisms, but translating computational disease modules into actionable therapeutic insights still requires substantial expert curation. With Drugst.One DREAM, we aimed to bridge this gap by providing an interactive and user-friendly platform for refining disease modules and supporting drug repurposing workflows.
Drugst.One DREAM extends the Drugst.One platform with pathway enrichment, community detection, directed protein interactions, cellular localization visualization, and interactive network editing, all integrated into a fully web-based and user-friendly interface.
