GCB 2026 in Saarbrücken
News |
On Thursday, Lis Arend presented her work on differential analysis of context-specific multi-omics networks with moDiNA, followed by Judith Bernett presenting DrEval for the evaluation of drug response prediction models.
Additionally, the DaiSyBio group was represented in the poster session:
• P026 - Diana Bassow - Gene regulation in spatial context with SWARM
• P048 - Konstantin Pelz -Benchmarking domain-domain interaction prediction with DomainBench
• P056 - Lena Straßer - TF-miRNA co-regulatory crosstalk across cancer types
• P063 - Chit Tong Lio -Spatial regulatory velocity learning with an ODE-based VAE
Konstantin Pelz and Chit Tong Lio were also giving Poster Flash Talks on Wednesday.
Most importantly, we had a lot of fun as a team, but also met many new people from the Bioinformatics community.
And Saarbrücken also delivered outside the conference: really good pasta at Rigatonitoni and crêpes definitely helped along the way.
Thanks to everyone who listened to our talks, stopped by our posters, and discussed with us about our projects!
