During her Bioinformatics studies at TUM and LMU, Sonja has already worked with us in 2022 and 2023, focusing on cell viability data analysis and drug response prediction from multi-omics data in the scope of two student projects. Apart from that, she gained experience in the spatial omics field while working as a student assistant within the scverse ecosystem.
After finishing her Master's degree, Sonja is now returning to the Wilhelm lab as a PhD student and completes the team working on the ORIGIN project.
